S.P.E.E.D. UNIT series

The S.P.E.E.D. UNIT (Special Protection Ecology Environment Diving Unit) – as a continuation of recording the eco action held on Krapanj, headed for the Bellevue Hotel and Mali Lošinj. The first of three envisaged series of SPEED Unit organization work was filmed between 26th of September 2015. and 2nd of October 2015. During seven days of filming, divers showed their physical condition in descending down the rope, jumping out of a helicopter with complete equipment, running, as well as the implementation of a team night dive.

The premiere of the first in a number of series was held on 29th of October 2015. in Blitz-CineStar cinema in Zagreb.

At the gala premiere of the SPEED Unit series, the founder of the GUWAA association, Mr. Kristijan Curavić, was presented by the mayor of Mali Lošinj, Mr. Gari Cappelli, with a certificate of commendation with which a bottlenose dolphin named Santiago was adopted.

This beautiful gesture reminds us that clean environment not only affects the quality and cleanliness of our seas but also the entire animal world.
