The world's first environmental campaign called “Raise the Flag for the Ocean” will be launched in Malta by H.E. Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca, President of Malta. This unique initiative is aimed towards promotion and raising awareness across the planet among presidents, prime ministers, and members of royal families.

The main objective of the campaign is to get more countries involved in taking concrete measures related to cleaning and preservation of oceans, lakes, and rivers. The concept is based on cleaning up the marine area or beach that has been chosen by the president or prime minister. This area will be cleaned by Whiteflag Int. divers, and once the marine area is completely free from plastic and other marine debris, the White Flag will be risen, together with the nomination of another president or prime minister that will chose to clean one specific marine area or beach in his/her country.

The complete campaign will be filmed and promoted on social networks and through mainstream media.
